• Cognitive Load Meter™
• Smart Workflow Orchestrator™
• Industry Benchmarking
• Time-Tracking & Reports
• Deep Focus Notifications

We reserve the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any features at our sole discretion.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. IQniti is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of IQniti are offered as paid services on a subscription basis.

• Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Trial Period: If applicable, trials are offered once per user. Abuse will result in account termination.

IQniti uses secure third-party processors to handle payments. We do not store your payment information.

5. License & Intellectual Property

IQniti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. All intellectual property—including but not limited to source code, UI/UX, AI models, and branding—remains the sole property of IQniti and its licensors.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit any part of the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Services without our written consent
• Use IQniti to build a competing product

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to IQniti. By submitting, you grant us a license to store, process, and analyze that data solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

We do not sell your data. Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Engaging in illegal activity
• Uploading harmful, fraudulent, or defamatory content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupting the functionality or security of IQniti

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IQniti at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or if your account poses a risk to our system or users.

9. Disclaimers

IQniti is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQniti disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQniti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to IQniti in the 12 months preceding the claim.
